See the homes for sale below.   Remember, if you wish to purchase a home in Worsham Mobile Home Park you will be asked to complete a 2021_lot_rental_application.pdf for approval.  If you plan to purchase the home and remove it from the park please let us know.  We can provide you with names of reputable mobile home movers.

​At this time we have one home for sale in the park.  This is a brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home and is selling for $68,500.00 (firm).  See the pictures below for a great idea of what this beautiful home looks like.

Available Lots

There are several lots available at this time.  Please come to the office to complete an application.  If you wish to bring in a used home it must be inspected and the appropriate lot will be determined at that time.  New homes are welcome!
