Rental Procedure and Costs
Below are the 2024 costs for lot rental:
  • You must complete an application and be approved to live in the park.  (See Lot Application on right)
  • A Security Deposit two months' rent is required and will be returned at the conclusion of your residency if you do not break your lease.
  • The base monthly rental is $500.00 for a single wide home and $560.00 double wide home.  Trash pick-up is included in the rent.   There are additional charges as outlined below:
  • No more than two small inside dogs or cats are permitted.  The charge for each pet is $10.00 per month.
  • Water and sewage is billed through a water sub-metering company.
If you wish to live in Worsham Mobile Home Park, you must have a valid DRIVER'S PERMIT if you own a vehicle and drive.
