Located on the south side of Richmond, Virginia you will find that we have a friendly and knowledgeable staff available to assist residents and applicants. Our residents take pride in their neighborhood and work with the staff to ensure that the community remains a safe, quiet, clean and friendly place to live. The safety and security of our residents is always a priority to us and we conduct a comprehensive credit check and criminal background check on all applicants to safeguard our park standards.
Are you interested in living at WMHP? Please complete the lot rental application: lot_rental_application_2022.pdf Rules and Regulations are provided to each resident when the lease is signed. We strictly enforce the Rules so that Worsham Mobile Home Park maintains its safe and clean reputation. The rights and responsibilities of the persons signing the lease are governed by the Manufactured Home Lot Rental Act and the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. Recognizing that we have the opportunity to foster good communication with all our residents, a once-a-week Spanish-speaking interpreter is available. |
